Every day our restaurant is supplied by small local producers for the strong Italian tradition in its cuisine, with genuine passion for cooking for the guests. The lunch menu is quite informal, while the gourmet dinners provide fine dining in the evening, and high teas and aperitifs are available at the beach level portico. The Restaurant offers a journey within a journey of exploration of the country’s gastronomic culture.
Chef Gianluigi Erme has honed his skills in Italy and abroad to developed an original style that balances sophisticated notes with the pleasure of simplicity.
The extensive and never run-of-the-mill wine list is the result of the meticulous efforts of Maitre Gianmichele Fois. He is there in the dining room to suggest how to bring out the best in the flavours of each dish, and to tell the authentic stories behind them.
A starring role at the Restaurant is played by the sea itself. It is a space where the interior blends with the outdoors, with every table offering a sea view as the staff rise to meet the challenge of even the most sophisticated palates. The chef and his brigade reinterprets traditional dishes, focusing on seasonal recipes, with a strong emphasis on regional produce. The meals are accompanied by the offerings of the highly curated and original wine cellar.
The restaurant comfortably seats about sixty guests, with tables in the dining room itself and on the terrace.
